This is the obligatory first post that explains why the world needs another blog. In this instance, the explanation is easy: I needed a place to post my podcasts. I expect most of the posts on this blog to fall into one of two categories: (1) links to the podcasts, with accompanying program notes, and (2) administrative posts explaining developments on the site or in the podcast program.
If you want to catch the vision of Office Hour, the best way is to sample one of the podcasts, which will begin appearing here next week. Of course, you can also read the About page, where I describe the project. I welcome your comments and suggestions.
